The urban class structure: class change and spatial divisions from a multidimensional class perspective

Social class plays a central role in understanding the urban structure, yet its conceptualization and operationalization studies are limited. We have used Bourdieusian conception of social class, which conceives as possession economic, cultural capital, to establish structure Rotterdam. make theoretical contribution literature by discussing how this provides new insights into professionalization-polarization debate. Furthermore, we examine spatial distributions different fractions, known geography class.
